About Paul
For thirteen years I have worked with clients at the University of Chicago’s medical Center, as well as in my own private practice. Together we have explored specific issues, such as eating disorders, trauma, depression and gay lesbian issues.
The journey of therapy is complex and challenging; however, I strive to create a calm, safe environment that allows people to express their emotions, so together profound change is possible. This is a process that develops over time; the result though is a highly supportive, consistent relationship that allows individuals to reach their potential and live healthy, productive lives.
My training and experience include a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University’s Water Tower Campus in downtown Chicago (1996), 12 years of proficiency at the University of Chicago Hospitals,
active participation in the University of Chicago Hospitals’ Eating Disorders Clinic, and private practice.
