How can I schedule an appointment?
You can call me at 773-988-4965. I generally schedule appointments within a week of your initial phone call.

What is your fee, and do you offer a sliding scale?
My fee is $120 per session, payable via cash or check at the beginning of each meeting. I do offer a sliding scale fee for clients with significant financial limitations.

Do you accept insurance as means of payment?
I accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield Insurance.   For those clients that do not have Blue Cross & Blue Shield Insurance, I provide an itemized receipt at the end of each month. Clients who submit this to their insurance company are reimbursed for their mental health expenses.

How long does each session last?
Each weekly session lasts 50 minutes.

What days and times do you offer appointments?
Appointments are available throughout morning, afternoon and evening hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Where is your office?
I am located near the intersection of Foster and Ravenswood Avenue, at 5215 N. Ravenswood Avenue, #314, Chicago, IL 60640.

Is free parking available at your office?
Yes, parking is free and ample on all of the streets surrounding my office building. No permit is needed.

Is your office accessible by public transportation?
Yes, my office is accessible by Metra’s Union Pacific/North line. Exit at the “Ravenswood” stop. Visit www.metrarail.com for more information and to locate train schedules. Also, I am accessible by CTA busses and trains. Begin by taking the #147 bus to Foster Avenue, or by exiting the Red Line at “Berwyn.” Then board a westbound #92 Foster bus to Ravenswood.
